Xtream Codes login not working in IBO Ultra Pro: causes and fixes

When you save an Xtream Codes login, the IBO Ultra Pro website checks it with your provider's server. If the server answers and the server URL, the username or the password is wrong, or the account is disabled, the website shows a message and doesn't save the login.

This page covers the IBO Ultra Pro TV app on Android TV, Android TV boxes and Fire TV.

What to enter

  • Server URL: only the base address of your provider's server, in the form http://host:port, with nothing after it.
  • Write http:// or https:// exactly as your provider gave it.
  • Username and password: exactly as your provider gave them.

See where to enter the server URL, username and password.

When you change the server URL, username or password of a saved login, the website checks it again if the server answers.

When you save the login on the website

These messages mean the website didn't save the login:

Message begins withWhat it meansWhat to do
“This server is not a working Xtream panel”The server URL leads to a server that answered with an error; the message shows its HTTP code.Enter only the base address, for example http://host:port, as the message says.
“This server did not answer like an Xtream panel”Something answers at this address, but not an Xtream Codes server.Check the server URL with your provider.
“Invalid Xtream credentials”Your provider's server rejected the username or the password.Enter both again exactly as your provider gave them.
“Xtream account is disabled”“Xtream account is banned”Your provider's server reports this account as disabled or banned.Only your playlist provider can change this.
“This playlist already exists”This device already has a login with the same server, username and password.Use the playlist in your list.
“Name and URL are required.”The playlist name or the server URL is empty.Fill in the missing fields.
“Username and password are required for Xtream.”A field is empty.Fill in both.

Apart from the last two, the website shows these messages in English, whatever language you use.

If your provider's server doesn't answer, or answers with a server error, the website saves the login without checking it. The problem then shows on your TV when the app tries to download it.

On your TV

Message begins withWhat it meansWhat to do
“Your playlist has expired”Your provider account has reached its expiry date.Contact your playlist provider.
“This playlist has no username or password saved on your account”The app can't download a login without them.Enter the username and password for this playlist again on the website, then press RELOAD.
“The server refused the download”“The download could not be started”The app couldn't download your playlist.Check the server URL, username and password on the website, and your TV's internet connection, then press RELOAD.

The account's expiry date

When your provider's server reports an expiry date, the website shows it in the Expires column of your playlists, and the TV app shows it as Playlist Expiration. Only your playlist provider can extend the account.

Movies or Series stay empty

With an Xtream Codes login, the app loads Live channels, Movies and Series from your provider's server. If Movies or Series stay empty, ask your provider whether your account includes them. Read how Xtream Codes differs from an M3U link.

If the login still doesn't work

If the same login works in another media player but not in IBO Ultra Pro, send the message you see to support.

For a plain M3U link, see problems with a plain M3U file.

If the playlist loads but streams buffer or don't play, read buffering, freezing and other playback problems.
