Service Agreement
IBO ULTRA PRO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our media-player application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, public performance or commercial exploitation of the application is strictly prohibited.
Service Limitations
Our services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous, error-free operation, and we reserve the right to perform maintenance.
Authorized Use
Your subscription is valid for personal, in-home viewing only. Commercial establishments, public venues and unauthorized account sharing are not permitted and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Network Restrictions
The use of network manipulation tools — including VPNs, proxies or any geo-spoofing technology — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Pricing & Payments
Service fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are subject to change with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day trial period for new users. After the trial, all purchases are final. No refunds are issued for issues outside our control (internet outages, incompatible devices, third-party playlist issues).
Limitation of Liability
IBO ULTRA PRO is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from service use. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding three months.
