- Account data: email, username and hashed password for resellers and admins.
- Device data: MAC address, device key, platform, country (when available) and last activity time.
- Playlist data: the playlist URLs and credentials you provide. Stored at rest and transmitted over HTTPS.
- Operational logs: credit transactions and admin actions, used for audit and debugging.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
- We do not log credentials in plain text.
- We do not track you across other websites.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate the service: authenticate you, deliver your playlists, prevent abuse, and provide customer support when you contact us.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session, theme preference) and basic analytics in aggregated form. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request access, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@iboultrapro.com.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Soft-deleted accounts are retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Logs are retained for up to 12 months for audit purposes.
